I'm developing sweet liqueurs like a peach schnapps, and Triple Sec, I want the liqueur to be clear (like water), I tried using invert sugar but that is giving me a light straw color.
I'm looking for a sweetener that has no color and is totally water white clear.

Our Chocolate Vodka is as clear as the original Vodka. We've never had a problem. Our dosage is only 3% Simple Syrup plus the flavoring. We use a bar grade product.

Looks like I should get out of the spirit business and just sell sugar water!
Invert sugar is probably the problem. Maybe try a different sugar.
