My name is Brian Robertson and I am seeking a partner(s) to go in with me on a new type of micro distillery. We will be focusing on pioneer/heritage type and light whiskeys that were prominent during the mid 1800s. This distillery is located in the town of Gallatin 30 minutes NE of Nashville. I have already secured a lease on a property that is owned by the County Museum and am working with them closely to bring a working distillery exhibit to the area. This is not something that has been done very much at all in the entire country. It is an opportunity to start a business and help the community grow, and grow in knowledge about early life in their county. We will be focusing on three different expressions of whiskey, seasonal brandies made from local produce when in season, and gin made from local botanicals and florals. If this sounds like something that might interest you please feel free to send me an email to [email protected] and I'll be more than glad to answer any and all questions. Thanks in advance, and cheers!
I have supplied cooling to TN distillers and have some systems that are compact and easily installed.
If you get in a bind on that end, I do have some small reconditioned systems available.
