Recently, Brand Finance, an authoritative global brand value assessment agency, released the 2020 Global Wine and Champagne Brand Value Top 10 list in London, U.K. Zhang Yu ranked second in the world with a brand value of $1.34 billion, the only Chinese wine brand on the list.

The brands on the list include Moet & Chandon (brand value of $1.37 billion), Chardonnay, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Perignon, Belfort and other top international wine champagne brands.
In addition, Brand Finance also published a Top 5 list of the world"s most powerful wine brands, with Zhang Yu ranked fourth in the world. The report reads: "Zhang Yu is the oldest and largest wine company in China, and one of the most prestigious Chinese brands internationally. With a high level of brand awareness and reputation, Zhang Yu is working on global layout and expansion in the past few years, and has expanded its export influence to Europe and other places.
It is reported that Brand Finance is the core developer of ISO 10668, the only global international standard for brand value assessment, and ISO 20671, the brand evaluation standard, as well as the only independent third-party brand value assessment and consulting organization in the world at present. The organization ultimately determines brand value by evaluating data such as brand strength index and expected business revenue of enterprises, and is widely recognized internationally for its professionalism and independence, which is an important basis for judging global brand value.
