The Asaja Castilla-La Mancha chapter of the Young Farmers' Agricultural Association (Asaja Castilla-La Mancha) has submitted comments on the future Draft Law on Vines and Wines of the region, issued by the Agricultural Council, asking for greater rigor and specificity, as well as measures to prevent its entry into poor quality or non-grape wines, and to regulate production activities between the different Autonomous Communities.

After analyzing the draft law, the agricultural organization believes that the wine industry should be restructured more firmly to prevent fraud and malpractice, while avoiding that wine producers will always be the ones to bear the consequences of the industry"s problems.
and emphasizes the establishment of a strict sanctions regime and accelerated enforcement of sanctions. Avoid unregulated practices or repeat fraudulent behavior by those in the industry.
