The Ponte da Boga winery in D.O. Ribeira Sacra, in partnership with the Spanish multidisciplinary academic research institute (CSIC) and the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), has restored the endangered grape variety Blanco Lextimo, which is perfectly adapted to the slate soils of the Mino River and to the climatic conditions of the northern part of the appellation.
