According to his son, Manuel Docampo, in an interview with the Spanish daily, his father did not drink a drop of water in the last years of his life. When we were at home, he and I could drink more than 200 liters of wine a month. He would sometimes have a glass of brandy with his breakfast. His love for this drink knew no bounds.
