Emilio Restoy, President of the Spanish Wine Federation, delivered a report on the wine industry to Planas, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) of Spain, with a special emphasis on the needs and recommendations of the wine industry and wineries.

It also conveyed its appreciation to the Ministry especially for its responsiveness and flexibility in taking measures at the beginning of the new crown epidemic. It also reiterated that wineries of all sizes have been hit hard by the lack of funds due to the restrictive measures on spending on food and beverage, tourism, trade and other impacts.
