The winery blends Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes to maximize the flavor profile of the two different grape varieties.
The winery also took great care in making this wine, with a short maceration before fermentation, which allowed the wine to acquire more floral aromas, and then fermentation at a low temperature, which enhanced the aromatic expression of the grape variety. The result is Prncipe de Viana Edicin Blanca 2019, with a balanced acidity and a long, vibrant and fresh aftertaste, which is very impressive.
