This month, Sotheby's will auction online the 12th Vendemmia collection of large-bottle wines from Château d'Ornaya, which features the work of Toms Saraceno.

This online auction starts on September 1 and runs until September 9. Twelve magnums and one Assyrian King bottle from the 2017 vintage of Bodegas Ornaya will be auctioned, including an original work by the Argentine artist, with proceeds from the auction going to the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation"s Minds Eye program for the blind.
For the past 12 years, Château d'Ornaya has invited an artist to create a limited edition label for its latest vintage. the 2017 vintage of Saraceno was asked to interpret the grape harvest through the theme of Solare.
The auction of the Assyrian King bottle of wine from Château d'Ornaya is offering an exclusive tour of the winery and the grape harvest with a pre-sale auction price of £30,000 to £60,000.
