The Associated Press, the largest news agency in the United States and one of the four largest news agencies in the world, reported that in a blind tasting of 13 of the world"s best-selling red wine brands from France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, Chile, Argentina, the United States, China and other countries, Zhang Yu Xibana was able to score 90 points, tying with Jacob's Creek (Australia) and Villa Antinori (Italy) for first place. (This proves that China's Zhang Yu can produce quality wines on a large scale.

In the blind tasting of the world's best-selling wine brands, not only was the lineup of participating wines star-studded, but the panel of judges was the most powerful, including five World Masters of Wine (MW, only 409 in the world) and five World Master Sommeliers (MS, only 262 in the world), making the results highly authoritative.

Spain's leading state news agency Euronews noted that Zhang Yu Xibana is not only the largest wine brand in China, but also the first Chinese wine to be sold in Sainsburys and Waitrose supermarkets in the UK.

In fact, China has a splendid 2,000-year history of wine culture. According to German state news agency DPA, Zhang Yu Winery Company was founded in 1892 and officially kicked off the industrialization of Chinese wine, producing the first dry red and the first brandy in China.

The People's Daily on November 18 also reported on the blind tasting competition. The article pointed out that from the first bottle of dry red in China to the first place in the blind tasting of the world's best-selling wine brands, Chinese wines represented by Zhang Yu Xie Bai Na have continued to do justice to Chinese terroir and Chinese brewing in a battle of wine giants.

Currently, Changyu Cabernet is sold in 30 countries around the world and enters more than 5,000 outlets in European countries, including Sainsburys (UK), Schneekloth (Germany), Wijnvoordeel (Netherlands), Calle Grenz-Shop (Denmark), Rutishauser Barossa (Switzerland), etc. By the end of February 2020, the cumulative global sales of Zhang Yu Cabernet exceeded 560 million bottles.
