This winery says: Kuban Wine Company Winery has launched a series of wine ice creams together with Italian artisanal ice cream stores.
Four new varieties of ice cream were launched in August 2020 - sorbet and fruit sorbet based on Aristoff wine preparation.
There are fewer calories and less sugar than in traditional ice cream, while featuring a unique flavor combination of natural fruits, berries and wine.
It is reported that the wine ice cream has an alcohol content of up to 3% and only adults are allowed to buy it. There are four new varieties: Sangria juice sorbet with Sangiovese dry red wine, white wine sorbet with Pinot Blanc dry white wine, red wine sorbet prepared with Ancelotta dry red wine, and Tintoretto fruit sorbet based on Aristov sparkling white wine.
The winery said their staff has experimented with producing wine ice creams in the area, and this is the first full-scale launch of these products.
The press service of Kuban Wine Company clarified to Sputnik that at present wine ice cream is available in two stores on Red Street in Krasnodar.
