Jerusalem-born, London-based chef Yotam Ottolon has transformed his deli on Motcomb Street in the Belgravia district into a flash wine store in time for Christmas.

The flash wine store is the brainchild of Pierre Malouf, general manager of Nopi All Day Brewery in London"s restaurant Otto Langi Soho, according to the Hot dinner website.
According to Hot dinner, this flash wine store is dedicated to celebrating low-intervention, natural wines, meaning this flash store is filled with organic and biodynamic natural wines that are free from winery influence.
The flash wine store will be open until Christmas Eve, where a range of sparkling wines will be on display, from Champagne and Prosecco to the lesser-known Crémant and Lambrusco.
There are also craft after-dinner drinks, after-dinner liqueurs and bottled cocktails, including Nopi Negroni and Rovi 75, a blend of Otto Langi on Negroni and French wine.
