Planque will have a wine bar, restaurant, members club and store and will focus on natural and minimal human intervention wines, according to Hot dinner.
Those who join the Members Club will benefit from state-of-the-art cellar facilities, priority access to restaurant reservations and wine events, and access to the Club Lounge and private dining spaces.
To prove that it is a fully mixed operation, Planque will also open a store selling food and kitchen equipment.
Responsible for the food will be Chef Seb Myers, formerly of Chiltern Firehouse and P Franco, the 40-seat restaurant will specialize in modern French cuisine. The project is the brainchild of natural wine aficionado Jonathan Alphandery.
Planque"s wine club manager is Sarah Papadimitriou, formerly club manager of The Laughing Heart in Hackney and Mos in Shoreditch.
