Cognac Australia has appointed Michelle Terry to the new position of Chief Marketing Officer, succeeding former Chief Marketing Officer Simon Marton.

Simon Marton has been the Chief Marketing Officer for the Cognac Group for over 20 years, while Michelle Terry joined the group in 2008.
During this decade, Michelle Terry has served as a brand ambassador in various regions and has a wealth of experience in marketing and branding, as well as excellent leadership skills.
Michelle Terry also worked for Marks & Spencer and Accenture in the UK, specializing in consumer goods and retail marketing, prior to working for the Cognac Wine Group in Australia.
In addition to Michelle Terry, who will be the Chief Marketing Officer of Cognac Australia, Cognac Australia has appointed Angus Lilley as its Deputy Chief Marketing Officer, who will be responsible for managing the marketing business in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Middle East and Europe.
Angus Lilley joined the Cognac Wine Group in 2013 after working as a global brand ambassador for Penfolds Australia.
