Under the terms of the purchase agreement, the French wine merchant ADVINI will take over the winemaking facilities, logistics center and vineyards of the Strand.
In addition, in the future, the French wine merchant ADVINI will be the international wine distributor for Strand, distributing their wines in the Americas, Asia and around the world.
Established in 1690, Strand Winery in South Africa has always had a good relationship with the local winegrowers, sourcing the best varieties of grapes for its wines. The Strand will continue to work with these winegrowers in the future.
Currently, the French wine merchant ADVINI has a network of wine distribution in more than 100 countries around the world, and their vineyards in France total more than 2,333 hectares, while the French wine merchant ADVINI is also the majority shareholder of Kenford Winery in South Africa.
