Broglie resigned as president of CMSA following a New York Times article on November 6 that reported on the allegations against Broglie.
But a CMSA spokeswoman said Broglie"s resignation had nothing to do with the case. In this New York Times article, a female sommelier claims Broglie sexually assaulted her multiple times while she was her mentor in 2013.
