Chateau La Mascaronne covers a total area of 100 hectares, 60 of which are devoted to organic farming.

Last year saw several high-profile winery deals in Provence, and Chateau La Mascaronne is located in the medieval village of Luc-en-Provence, a commune in the Var region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d"Azur.

Michel Reybier says he bought Chateau La Mascaronne after being attracted by the quality and potential of its wines, which now benefit from the extraordinary restoration of the vineyards carried out by Tom Bove over 20 years.

Bove managed this winery, as well as the neighboring Miraval winery, since 1999 until 2012, when Miraval was sold to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

Chateau La Mascaronne produces about 10,000 cases of wine per year.
