The D.O. La Mancha appellation declared a total of 134,658,541 liters of wine for 2020, an increase of almost 8 million liters compared to 126.9 million liters in 2019.

Red wines amounted to 75,994,744 liters, accounting for 56% of the total production, also reflecting the highest production of red wines, with Tempranillo accounting for the largest share. The rosés amounted to 6,359,445 liters (only 5% of the total) and the whites accounted for 52,551,512 liters (39% of the total), with the white varieties mostly made with Airn.
By province, Ciudad Real produced 51,811,007 liters of wine (38%), making it the province with the highest production of wine in the D.O. La Mancha appellation.
In 2020, the total number of wineries registered with the Appellation Management Board will be 236.
