California's Amour Winery recently sued Napa's Amour Winery for failing to pay Garou Vineyards on time for five and a half tons of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (nearly $80,000) it purchased from Stagecoach Vineyards, a vineyard owned by Garou Vineyards.

Château d"Amour is a privately owned Chinese winery that sells its products mainly to mainland China. So far, Chateau Amour has not responded to the lawsuit.
