Australian wine giant Accolade Wines has recently acquired Katnook Estate in South Australia's Coonawarra region from Wingara Wine Group for an undisclosed sum, according to British wine and spirits website HARPERS. The acquisition includes 160 hectares of vineyards, a winery and tasting room for an undisclosed sum.

It is reported that Garneau has two wines that have been selected for the Langtons Classification, as well as two wines that have received the Jimmy Watson Memorial Award* and one wine that has received a five-star rating from the James Halliday 2020 Australian Wine Dictionary.
*Note: The Watson Memorial Award is the Australian wine industry"s most coveted award, named after the legendary Jimmy Watson, and is given to the top one- or two-year-old red wines.
