The UK's leading spa booking site, SpaSeekers, plans to launch a mulled wine spa program in December, according to the Mirror.

The program includes a mulled wine bath and a complimentary glass of mulled wine tasting, with program prices starting at £60.
According to this spa, this opens the pores, releasing toxins and allowing your skin to absorb the tannins in the mulled wine. And citrus, cinnamon and anise contain high levels of antioxidants, making them ideal foods for detoxification.
